Mission

Configuration, integration, and testing of components, programs, and application modules;

Diagnosis of incidents in application modules installed at customers;

Ability to autonomously resolve medium complexity requests;

Preparation and validation of documentation for the Knowledge Base;

Collaboration in internal training and support provision to customer users;

Participation and provision of support services to customers, as requested;

Preparation of periodic service delivery reports;

Adding all necessary minimum information for successful screening;

Communicating resolution of requests to the customer;

Traveling to customers, when necessary.

 

Profile

High school diploma  (professional technical course) or degree in the field of computer science;

Basic knowledge of DB2 and/or SQL Server;

Basic knowledge of the english language;

Ability to analyze and learn;

Communication and presentation skills;

Good time management skills and sense of responsibility;

Emotional control, flexibility, and adaptability; 

Team spirit.

What we also valued (optional):

ITIL training/ Basic knowledge of AS400 and Windows/ Basic knowledge of programming and networks/ Knowledge of insurance or some Cleva solution or module.
