Mission

Install and configure technological infrastructures;

Execute and develop software installation scripts;

Prepare and maintain installation documentation for clients;

Complement and update installation documentation for application modules;

Analyze and resolve low to medium complexity issues;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes;

Coordinate installations for the projects in which they are involved.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field;

ITIL certification (preferred);

Strong organizational and planning skills;

Logical and structured thinking;

Sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
