Mission

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for core insurance solutions;

Analyze requirements and ensure they are clear, complete, and testable;

Create, maintain, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated);

Report defects clearly, in a structured manner, and with impact-oriented detail;

Validate fixes and ensure the quality of deliverables;

Collaborate with development, business, and integration teams;

Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes, metrics, and QA practices.

Profile

Experience in functional testing and/or integration testing;

Knowledge of tools such as Jira + Zephyr, Postman, SoapUI, and SQL;

Ability to interpret logs, XML/JSON messages, and API integrations;

Critical thinking and attention to detail;

Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams;

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Proactive approach to identifying risks and improvements;

Team spirit and autonomy;

Basic knowledge of automation tools and practices (e.g., Katalon Studio and Postman Collections) is valued;

Experience in insurance environments is considered an advantage.
