The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of managing the Cleva Product Week.

By providing their data, the data subject also explicitly agrees to the sharing of their image on Cleva’s communication channels, including the website, social media, and internal platforms.

The personal data collected includes name, email, and telephone number. Cleva Solutions considers these as the minimum necessary to carry out the required activities related to the event, and will process the data exclusively for the identified purpose.

The data subject can access their personal data at any time, as well as request that the data be rectified or erased (or be forgotten, in case of technical or legal impossibility of deletion). For that purpose, the data subject shall send a written request to privacy.cleva.pt@cleva-solutions. The data subject may also exercise the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority.

The personal data provided will be kept for a period of five (5) years and will be deleted or pseudonymised thereafter.

Cleva uses technical and administrative measures to protect the personal data in its possession. Cleva may share these data with other entities directly associated with the purpose for which the personal data are processed, on behalf of and for the sole benefit of the data subject and the purpose in question. These entities will ensure the technical and administrative measures considered by Cleva Solutions as suitable to ensure that regulatory requirements are met.
