The personal data collected, will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the message received from the sender via Cleva Solutions website. The data collected are name, e-mail and telephone. By the act of sending the message, Cleva Solutions assumes the data subject gave his/her consent for the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose identified above.

The personal data requested are considered by Cleva Solutions as the minimum necessary for executing the activities required to respond to the message received, and Cleva Solutions will process these data exclusively for the purpose identified above.
The data subject can access his/her personal data at any time, as well as request these data to be rectified or erased (or its oblivion, due to technical or legal impossibility of carrying out the deletion). For that purpose, the data subject shall send a written request to privacy.cleva.pt@inetum.com). The data subject may also exercise the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority.

The personal data provided will be kept for a period of five (5) years, and will be deleted or pseudonymised thereafter.

Cleva uses technical and administrative measures to protect the personal data in its possession. Cleva may share these data with other entities directly associated with the purpose for which the personal data are processed, on behalf of and for the sole benefit of the data subject and the purpose in question. These entities will ensure the technical and administrative measures considered by Cleva Solutions as suitable to ensure that the regulation requirements are met.
