Notice 1 – Privacy notice for applications (speculative application and/or application to employment opportunities)
Privacy notice (in accordance with Regulation EC 2016/679 and other applicable legislation)
The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of recruiting and selecting human resources to collaborate with the organisation, in the scope of active recruitment processes and/or recruitment processes taking place within a period of eighteen (18) months after the personal information in question has been sent. The personal data collected are provided by the candidate in the corresponding speculative application CV.
The data subject can access his/her personal data at any time, as well as request them to be rectified or erased (or its oblivion, due to technical or legal impossibility of carrying out the deletion). For that purpose, the data subject shall send a written request to privacy.cleva.pt@inetum.com. The data subject may also exercise the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority.
Upon expiry of the period indicated above, the personal data will be maintained for the period established by the art. 32 of the Portuguese Labour Code in the version in force, to prove the compliance with the principles of equal opportunities and gender equality.
Cleva uses technical and administrative measures to protect the personal data in its possession. Cleva will not share these data.

The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the purpose of recruiting and selecting human resources to collaborate with the organisation. The personal data collected are provided by the candidate in his/her Curriculum Vitae when applying to a Cleva employment opportunity, and will be used in future opportunities occurring in the following eighteen (18) months. Cleva cannot guarantee that the personal data provided are the minimum necessary. Cleva will only process the personal data defined as minimum and exclusively for the processing purposes identified above.
