Mission

Lead the gathering and analysis of functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.

Lead the definition of the solution architecture at the functional level.

Map business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

Prepare functional documentation and support the development team.

Validate deliverables and assist in defining functional tests.

Act as an interface between business areas, IT, and partners.

Provide post-implementation support and assist in change management.

Profile

Degree in Computer Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or a related field

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Consultant in IT projects.

Customer orientation: focus on delivering value and stakeholder satisfaction.

Proven experience in non-life insurance (e.g., auto, multi-risk, personal accidents).

Critical and analytical thinking: ability to identify problems and propose viable solutions.

Leadership in solution definition: ability to influence decisions and guide teams toward effective approaches.

Stress management: ability to stay focused and effective in demanding environments.

Teamwork: collaborative mindset and ability to work with multidisciplinary profiles.

Effective communication: ability to express ideas clearly and listen actively to others.

Participation in digital transformation or system integration projects.

Autonomy and proactivity: initiative to make decisions and anticipate needs.

Strong knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and documentation tools.

Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English.

Nice to have:

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect.

Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar.
