Mission

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Jython, Powershell, Hipervisor, Gerrit, Sonar and Ansible.

Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and system reliability.

Integrate a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Oversee task allocation, performance reviews, and professional development within the team.

Ensure alignment between team goals and broader organizational objectives.

Promote DevOps best practices across the organization and support adoption of new tools and methodologies.

Profile

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in DevOps engineering, preferably in a senior capacity (+8 years).

Strong knowledge of automation tools and cloud platforms.

Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
