Mission

Integrate a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Design, implement and maintain CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD).

Manage and support software build, code quality and release processes (Git, Gerrit, Maven, SonarQube, Docker).

Manage servers, environments and configurations (primarily Linux with some Windows, Ansible).

Scripting and automations (Bash, Powershell, Python/Jython).

Administer and support database environments (Oracle, SQL Server, Db2).

Administer and support application servers (WebSphere, Wildfly).

Setup and Maintain observability solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Centreon).

Operate and optimize container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and system reliability.

Ensure alignment between team goals and broader organizational objectives.

Promote DevOps best practices across the organization and support adoption of new tools and methodologies.

Profile

Hands-on experience with a significant part of our Mission’ tech stack.

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in DevOps engineering, preferably +3 years.

Strong knowledge of automation tools, CI/CD design and scalable system architecture.

Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps delivery models.

Familiarity with observability and reliability engineering practices.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
